Thanks to the use of the device, customers will prevent errors in their company’s data as they will input it by themselves. Customers may also dismiss any items from the receipt so that they will not be put on the VAT document – this is not always possible in case of documents issued by staff.
The employee does not have to stop his/her work to issue a VAT document for a client, and the client does not have to wait for its issuing.
The software suggests next steps to be taken, thanks to which the process is smooth. Until the document is confirmed, there is a possibility to correct or cancel the whole operation.

During the show, one of the companies presented its new, innovative device: Fakturomat – that is a self-service invoicing device allowing a customer to obtain a VAT invoice without the participation of the shop staff.
Fakturomat, a self-service invoicing device exhibited by us, has met with a huge interest.
As every year, leading companies from the food branch, producers, distributors, wholesalers and retail sellers as well as companies offering products and services concerning shopfitting have exhibited their offer at the show. At our stand, visitors could get to know the full offer of implementation of sales systems, installation of CCTV, burglary and perimeter intrusion detection and SAP systems, access control and ITT network. They could also obtain information in the scope of retail space equipment and talk to specialists in those fields.

Project title: Implementation of a new technology of self-service issuing of paper invoices in the process of Fakturomat production.
